Licensed Realtors and Brokers are encouraged to participate in all our auction events. We welcome broker participation when working with sellers or buyers.
Brokers Working With Sellers
Young Brothers Real Estate offers compensation to brokers of listed property sold through one of our auction events. In a buyers or sellers market, this is a great way to please your seller, maximize their selling price, eliminate the unknown of when a property will be sold and receive a commission. Brokers Working With Buyers
Young Brothers Real Estate will recognize and pay a commission to a Buyer Broker or Transaction Broker working with a properly registered customer. To qualify for a commission, the Buyer's agent must:
- Hold an active real estate license in the state in which the property is located, or if licensed in another state, must comply with the licensing laws of the state in which the property is located.
- Register client/customer with Young Brothers Real Estate using our Broker Participation Form no later than 48 hours prior to the auction date. To be considered valid, the Broker Participation Form must be signed by your client/customer and an authorized agent of Young Brothers Real Estate.
- If licensed in the state where the property is located, agent should attend the inspection of the property with client/customer and be present at the auction event.
- To receive commission an agents Registered Bidder must have the winning bid, close on the property and all buyers premiums must be received by Auctioneer and/or Young Brothers Real Estate prior to commission disbursement. Commission shall be paid at the time of closing/funding if agent is present or mailed within 24 hours if agent is out-of-state or unable to attend closing. Commission/referral fees are based on the winning bid amount (NOT including the Buyer’s Premium).
No oral registrations will be accepted. All registrations accepted will be acknowledged in writing. Registrations will not be accepted or honored if customer/client has previously been contacted by the seller, Young Brothers Real Estate, the Auctioneer or its representatives.
